I confirm that I am solely responsible for making this determination, and confirm that the Canadian Sports Centre Atlantic, Sport Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation and Nova Scotia Health Promotion and Protection have given me no assurances and made no representations in this regard. I will not make any claims against the Canadian Sports centre Atlantic, Sport Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation or the Office of Health and Wellness regarding my amateur status.
